Sample story. The text, figures and quotes are placeholders until the real report is added.
On a bright Saturday in August, 18 students walked across a swept courtyard in Bweyale to collect their certificates. Most of them are mothers. Several live in the Kiryandongo refugee settlement and walked or cycled to class each day.
A kit to start with
Each graduate received a starter kit: a pair of shears, measuring tape, thread, and a sewing machine. Supporters funded the kits, and the graduates will keep them.
“I came to learn to sew. I am leaving with a trade and a machine of my own.”

What comes next
Some graduates plan to sew school uniforms for local schools. Others will join a tailor in Bweyale town, and two are planning to open a stall in the market together.
We stay in touch. The school follows up with every graduate at 3, 6 and 12 months to track work and income, and we publish what it finds in our impact reports.
